Vendor Application
Rules of the Market
- All vendors are responsible for liability insurance and compliance with any and all requirements of State of Ohio.
- All products will be displayed in a clean and safe manner.
- Vendors are responsible for leaving a clean area at closing.
- All vendors shall exhibit professional manners always.
- Spaces shall be assigned by Windmill Farm Market.
- Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents and tables. Booth
spaces are 10’ x 10” - There is 15% of total sales as a fee for the cost of the rented space during the event.
- Vendors must park in the lot on Rt. 48 and transport their items from
there. Carts are available at our market if they are needed. - Windmill Farm Market shall not be responsible for, and exhibitor
waives all claims, any injury or loss that may arise or come to exhibitor,
his/her employees, customers, or his/her goods, from any cause
whatsoever while in space being occupied. - Windmill Farm Market has sole discretion as to which vendors are
chosen for our festival. - I/WE agree to abide by all market rules.
